RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We use standard EUR sizes to help you pick the perfect size. However, if you still want to exchange your pairs for another size then you may drop us an email at care@amaryllisforher.com to initiate a return within 15 Days, mention your desired exchange piece along with the size on the email as well. Please preserve the shoe in it's original box packing. At this time we do not entertain refund & cancellation requests.

The pairs can be exchanged for another size of the same style only. In case your desired size is unavailable with us, you could then exchange it for another style of similar value.

All sales on promotional prices are final and we do not offer returns and exchanges. 

We do not entertain returns or exchanges on International Orders.

We do not offer refund at this time.

SHIPPING POLICY WITHIN INDIA

We have FREE shipping within India on all orders. Once you place an order your pairs would be delivered within 6-9 working days. Though we use some of India's largest logistics companies for shipping, we are bound in coverage by their reach. In case your address is in a location not served by them, we would contact you to do our best to find an alternate solution to make your order reach you.

Please Note- During festivals, adverse weather conditions or PANDEMICS, your shipment could get further delayed. We assure you that we will try our best to have your package delivered to you on time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship to US, Canada, UK, Singapore, Australia, UAE, Qatar and Saudi. Shipping charges that may apply, varies with the weight of the package and is computed at the time of checkout.

Orders are dispatched using world's largest service providers DHL/FedEx and are shipped within 1-2 working days of order placed.

SECURITY & PRIVACY POLICY

Amaryllis is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to this site and is powered by Shopify which is committed to provide its customers the safest and most seamless online shopping experience.

We may collect your session, contact and order information on Shopify server and on your browser in the form of session storage or cookies. We will NOT share it with any third party, other than those necessary to make the delivery of the product to you, marketing material to you and improvement purposes. We may send marketing material in the form of emails or common digital mediums, to your contact information also. We may also study your spending patterns to improve our service offering. Amaryllis reserves the right to make alterations to this policy in the future without notice.
