Exchanges

While we strive to make your purchases as seamless as possible we do however offer an exchange within 15 days, should any issues arise with sizing or any unforeseen damage during transit of the product. To initiate one, drop us an email at care@amaryllisforher.com , where we provide you with return details. While sending the product back to us you can use any cheaper courier option, Indian post works best.

You can exchange the Juttis for another size and just in case your desired size is not available, you can select another style or we can issue a coupon that you can use within 6 months.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All sales on promotional prices are final and we do not offer returns and exchanges. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right straightway.
